The service on my Chevrolet Silverado was excellent and fast, I waited maybe an hour in the waiting area, unlike other dealerships I've been to. The only complaint I have is about the argument I over heard in the waiting area between two employees, I wasn't eavesdropping, it was just so loud you couldn't help but hear. Other than that the service guys did an excellent job.

My mom had an appointment to replace an emissions pump on her car. We arrived at the dealership approximately at 8:00 am and by 8:15 they had her car in the service area. We were told it would take about two hours to complete the repair but was pleasantly surprised when it was completed by 9:00 am. The whole experience went smoothly. I recently purchased a set of tires. I got prices from several businesses. When I called our Chevy dealership, they price checked with Discount Tires and gave me a quote that was the lowest, so I went with them. However, when they brought the bill, the tires were $100 each more than the quote. When I called about it, they told me I had not heard correctly. The worst part was, they called me that morning and asked what quote I was given. This indicated to me that they knew they had made a mistake. At that time, they could have told me the quote was incorrect rather than present me with a bill that was $400 higher than expected and then blame me for the mistake.
